1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and v9999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing all use of the v9999 website, mobile application, and associated services. Please read every section of this document carefully before you register or use any part of the v9999 platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on v9999, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on v9999. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to v9999 support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. v9999 will never ask you for your password. Any activity that takes place using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify v9999 support immediately.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
• Account sharing is not permitted — your account is personal to you.
• v9999 accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

4 Deposits & Payments

v9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are maintained in PKR and all bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in PKR throughout. There is no internal chip or credit system — what you see on your balance screen is the exact PKR value available to you.

The minimum deposit on v9999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit on standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to deposits above certain thresholds as determined by v9999's compliance procedures.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount on v9999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

v9999 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours for standard accounts. VIP members benefit from priority processing that operates around the clock. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by providing the required identity documents. This is a one-time process. Once your KYC is approved, future withdrawals will be processed without additional documentation unless your account circumstances change or your documents expire.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets in your own name.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-funded portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• v9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once submitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

v9999 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are published alongside the promotion when it is offered. These promotion-specific terms supplement and take precedence over the general provisions in this section where they conflict.

General bonus rules applicable to all v9999 promotions unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the promotion terms.
• One promotion per player: Unless stated otherwise, each player is eligible for each promotional offer once. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be closed.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on v9999 are subject to the rules set out in this section and any supplementary rules published for the specific game or market. Bets are binding once confirmed — v9999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where the platform exercises its right to void a bet under the circumstances described below.

v9999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed by an ineligible player (under age, self-excluded, or banned account).
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• The event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market resolves.
• There is credible evidence of match fixing, player collusion, or any other form of integrity violation related to the event.
• The bet was placed after the relevant market should have been closed, due to a system delay.

Minimum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed in-platform before each bet is placed. Maximum bet limits apply on all markets. VIP members may apply for enhanced limits through their account host. Winnings are credited to your v9999 wallet immediately when the market settles.

8 Esports Betting Rules

All esports bets on v9999 are subject to the general betting rules in Section 7 and the following additional provisions specific to esports markets.

• Match abandonment: If an esports match is abandoned after it has begun, markets where a definitive result exists at the point of abandonment will be settled based on that result. Markets that cannot be definitively resolved will be voided and stakes returned.
• Format changes: If a tournament organiser changes the match format after v9999 has opened a market (e.g., changing a best-of-three to a best-of-one), v9999 reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes.
• Roster changes: Player substitutions and roster changes made after a bet is placed do not entitle the player to a refund unless the substitution results in a walk-over.
• Disconnections: Technical disconnections experienced by a competing team during an esports match do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet unless the match is officially restarted from the point of disconnection by the tournament organiser.
• Live in-play bets: All live in-play bets are accepted subject to potential brief suspensions around key in-game events. Bets submitted during a suspension window are not accepted.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format on v9999.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Money laundering or using v9999 for any financial transaction not directly related to legitimate gaming activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions placed on your primary account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

v9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, suspicious betting patterns, receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider, or a court order requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held safely and released to the player if the investigation finds no violation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, v9999 may withhold some or all of the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting v9999 support. Before any account is closed at your request, all pending bets will be settled and any available balance returned to your verified payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

v9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have built tools directly into every account to help players manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all v9999 account holders at any time through account settings, without requiring contact with support:

13 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use v9999 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any v9999 content. Any unauthorised use of v9999's intellectual property will result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

14 Limitation of Liability

v9999 provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• v9999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damage arising from your use of the platform.

• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, v9999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected account balances accordingly, notifying the affected player in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits v9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

v9999 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, v9999 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where the changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document. If you continue to use v9999 after any updated Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using v9999 and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

16 Governing Terms & Contact

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and v9999 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or agreements on the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
